A few details are enough for a firm quote. If something is missing, we will ask.

What happens after you write
- Reply within one business day. We confirm the requirements and send a quote: flat professional fees plus official fees at cost. What we quote is what you are invoiced. What it costs
- Power of attorney. A power of attorney simply signed by the applicant is enough: no notarisation, legalisation or apostille. A scanned copy is accepted, and the filing does not wait for the original. Power of attorney in Ukraine
- Filing. We file electronically with UANIPIO, usually within 1–2 business days of receiving instructions, and send you the filing receipt.
- Reporting in English. Office actions and decisions are translated and summarised, with our recommendation and the deadline stated up front. Every term is docketed in our own monitoring system.
